The service
As QHSE Manager at Benzlers, you will lead and drive the work with quality, safety, health and environment. You lead our work within our quality and environmental management system and drive and develop our sustainability work.
You will be a key person in our quality work and ensure that the company's products maintain the highest quality standards, as well as ensure compliance with relevant quality rules and procedures. You coordinate the work with customer complaints, communication with customers/sales/suppliers, and ensure that they are investigated and initiate improvements. You support colleagues in purchasing, production, technology and sales to produce the best quality for our products.
Regarding the work environment, you support operations around risk assessments, safety rounds and reporting/investigation of work environment incidents. On the environmental side, you are responsible for, among other things, our chemical list, with updated safety data sheets, as well as waste. You run and develop our sustainability work. You provide training and updates to the staff. To help you, you have an environmental technician in the organization.

The position involves many contact points internally and externally, which requires high social competence and the ability to build professional long-term relationships. You are meticulous and structured with good analytical skills. Furthermore, you are development-oriented and like to see opportunities to improve processes and products.
You have technical training and a few years of experience in quality work in the manufacturing industry. Experience in mechanical transmission or a similar industry is a strong merit.
